| gnuplot:in voi käynnistää komentoriviltä jonka jälkeen gnuplot> kehotteen perään syötetään tulostuskäskyt yksi kerrallaan. Monimutkaisemmat tulosteet kannattaa kuitenkin tehdä erillisiksi ajettaviksi tiedostoiksi.
