Bridge

Bridgellä voit luoda esim. täysin läpinäkyvän palomuurin verkkoosi, ilman mitään muutoksia verkon muihin koneisiin. Bridge toimii kuten kytkin.

 aptitude install bridge-utils ebtables

 brctl addbr br0
 brctl addif br0 eth0
 brctl addif br0 eth1
 brctl stp br0 on

/etc/network/interfaces:

 auto lo
 iface lo inet loopback

 allow-hotplug eth0
 allow-hotplug eth1

/etc/sysctl.conf Lisää tai muokkaa rivi muotoon
